Healing takes time, collaboration, and care. Below are the primary ways we can work together so you have a clear sense of investment and options.

Integrative Trauma Therapy

50-minute individual session

Integrative trauma therapy blends nervous system work, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches to help you gently process what you have lived through and build more capacity in the present.

• Length: 50 minutes

• Fee: $175 per session

Insurance accepted: BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, CommunityCare VA, and HealthChoice

If you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, deductible, and copay or coinsurance.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy combines preparation, supported medicine sessions, and integration so the work is not just about having an experience, but about helping that experience become meaningful and useful in your life. In this model, a medical prescriber completes your screening and prescribes a ketamine lozenge/troche, you pick up the medication from the pharmacy, and my role is to sit with you during dosing sessions and support you in determining a safe, appropriate dose and frequency over time.

Rather than rigid packages, I keep KAP pricing simple and transparent. Most clients will need a different number of medicine sessions depending on their goals, response, dosage, and overall treatment plan, so we build the process together instead of forcing it into a pre-set formula

What KAP usually looks like

For many clients, KAP includes several preparation sessions, a series of medicine sessions, and several integration sessions spaced out over time. A common starting framework is around 4–5 preparation sessions and 4–5 integration sessions, with the number of medicine sessions determined collaboratively based on how you are responding.

Because this work is individualized, I will help you understand the likely financial range before you begin. My goal is to make pricing as clear and workable as possible, while honoring the depth of care this work requires.

  • • Medical screening with prescriber: $200 (out of pocket)

    • Medication (lozenge/troche): typically $15–$100 per fill (paid to pharmacy)

    • 3 ketamine medicine sessions with me: 3 × $300 = $900

    • 10 therapy sessions (prep + integration): Insurance: billed at standard rate, subject to copay/coinsurance.
    Self‑pay package: 10 × $100–$175 = $1,000–$1,750 (Sliding Scale Fee)

*This path is often a good starting point to see how your system responds to ketamine before deciding whether additional medicine sessions are needed.
