Rooted in healing. Guided by spirit. Grounded in science.

My name is Gracie Jamison, LPC, and I’m a trauma-informed therapist offering counseling where science meets soul. My approach blends evidence-informed methods like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation with a deep respect for the intuitive wisdom each person carries within them.

My path into this work has been shaped by my own relationship with healing, transformation, and inner listening. Experiences with meditation, sound, and altered states deepened my understanding of the wisdom that lives beneath the surface of ordinary awareness and eventually led me into the counseling field with a focus on trauma, nervous system healing, psychedelic integration, and spiritually attuned care.

As a member of the Chickasaw Nation with Celtic ancestry as part of my lineage, I hold deep reverence for the ways culture, land, ancestry, and belonging shape who we are. My tribe supported me in earning my advanced degrees, and I feel a responsibility to give back to Oklahoma’s Native communities through accessible, culturally informed, and soul-nourishing care. I also bring respect for the broader ancestral threads that have shaped me, and I often support clients in exploring their own roots, inherited stories, and connections to culture as part of the healing process.

Clients often describe my presence as warm, grounding, and deeply caring. In our work together, I offer thoughtful dialogue, psychoeducation, and somatic practices to help you move through emotional pain, understand protective patterns, and reconnect with your inner knowing.

I believe in the sacredness of your story and the courage it takes to heal. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where the wounded parts can be tended, what has been buried can be met with care, and new life can begin to bloom.
